Cindy Navarro

I cherish my close circle of supporters who stand by me every day. Simply being alive is a blessing.
— Cindy Navarro

Cindy Navarro was officially diagnosed with Progressive Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis on January 15, 2018, marking a pivotal moment in her life. The discovery of The Be Perfect Foundation came through social media and friends, leading her to seek their assistance. Throughout her journey with TPS, she had the privilege of working with dedicated trainers, including Nate Lozano, and briefly, Cody Norman, Shawn Gutierrez, Nicole Pires, and Andrea Reyes.

One of her most significant achievements since the diagnosis has been regaining some movement and sensation, which marked a substantial milestone. Currently, her focus is on achieving the long-term goal of walking again, even if it necessitates assistance, such as a walker or cane.

Excitement permeates her life at present—both the remarkable progress she has made mentally, emotionally, and physically, and the unwavering support of her close circle. Merely being alive is a blessing. Her life mantra remains: 'Live each day as if it were your last,' a philosophy that guides her on her journey.
