Travis Julin, a beneficiary of the Be Perfect Foundation, encountered a life-altering event on August 3, 2023, when he suffered a spinal cord injury at the T7-T12 level due to Surfers Myelopathy. In the midst of his challenging journey, Be Perfect Foundation extended a helping hand that made a remarkable difference in his life.
The foundation provided Travis with crucial financial assistance, enabling him to attend the Trauma and Paralysis School (TPS) for his recovery. This support played a pivotal role in his rehabilitation, not only restoring his physical independence but also allowing him to lead an active lifestyle once more.
Beyond financial aid, Be Perfect Foundation injected hope into Travis's life during his most trying times. The unwavering belief in his potential served as a constant source of inspiration. Travis is proud to share that with Be Perfect's support, he has successfully pursued significant goals. He has prepared himself for college, served as a peer counselor, and maintained an impressive 3.7 GPA.
Looking ahead, Travis aspires to regain his independence and the ability to walk and run again. With Be Perfect Foundation's continued assistance, he remains determined and optimistic about achieving these goals.
Travis wants to express his heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors who make Be Perfect's mission possible.
