Thank you so much for your generosity and support. Without your help, I wouldn’t be able to attend The Perfect Step twice a week. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for this opportunity

On May 20, 2019, Chelsea B.’s life changed dramatically when she fell 40 feet, sustaining a C7 incomplete spinal cord injury. Despite the tremendous challenges that followed, Chelsea has remained determined to regain her independence and stay active on her recovery journey.

Through the financial support of the Be Perfect Foundation, Chelsea has been able to attend The Perfect Step twice a week. This consistent therapy has been a lifeline, allowing her to see improvements daily, maintain an active lifestyle, and even take steps again. “The Be Perfect Foundation has re-instilled hope back into my life by opening my eyes to the kindness of people who genuinely want to help those living with a disability. This has given me hope and motivation to get stronger in therapy,” Chelsea shares.

Her accomplishments so far are remarkable—living on her own, returning to work, and taking steps with both her right and left leg. Looking to the future, Chelsea is focused on achieving new goals, such as mastering a sit-to-stand without a knee block and completing a floor-to-chair transfer. The continued support from Be Perfect is helping her work toward making these goals a reality.

To the donors supporting Be Perfect, Chelsea offers her heartfelt appreciation. “Thank you so much for your generosity and support. Without your help, I wouldn’t be able to attend The Perfect Step twice a week. Your kindness does not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for this opportunity.” Thanks to the generosity of donors, Chelsea and others like her can keep moving forward, achieving new goals and reclaiming their independence.
